Useful data, less busywork
Tallywisp handles the steps that make extracted information easier to trust and use, without asking your team to write a scraper.
01 / brief
Describe the information you want in everyday language. Review and amend the proposed fields before a larger extraction begins.
02 / checks
Results are cleaned and organized, with missing fields, duplicates, anomalies, and confidence concerns checked along the way.
03 / delivery
Download structured CSV and Excel files, follow job progress, and revisit extraction history when you need it.
A straightforward process
Choose a package, add website URLs, and describe the information you need.
Review the proposed structure and make changes before extraction begins.
Tallywisp checks site access, selects an extraction method, then validates and organizes the results.
Track progress and get the finished data in Excel and CSV formats.
Careful by design
The service is built for legitimate business information from accessible websites. If a source cannot be accessed, it is marked unsupported.
Tallywisp does not bypass CAPTCHAs, login protections, paywalls, access controls, anti-bot security, or rate limits.
Missing or suspicious records, duplicates, and low-confidence results are flagged instead of being silently presented as certain.
Potentially personal information that needs a closer look goes to an administrator for review; uncertain information is kept out of customer files unless approved.
